Education: Illinois Central College, Peoria, IL

Background: Heidi attended business school in Pennsylvania and later Illinois Central College for dance, business management, and marketing. Later, Heidi became a licensed massage therapist from Healthy Connections School of Massage and returned to Illinois Central College for her degree to become a physical therapist assistant. As long as she can remember, Heidi has been interested in holistic medicine as her dad was somewhat of a Naturopath. She became interested in helping people through massage and therapy so they may gain a better life without pain. Heidi believes it seemed natural for her to become a therapist due to her exposure to physical therapy through numerous injuries her father and sister endured where she learned the benefits of physical therapy firsthand.
