Background: After a 20 year journey with chronic SI joint and back pain, Amy found her way out after diving deep into the study of pain science. She then went back to school to become a PTA. She thrives on helping people return to lives they love by using creativity to help them meet their goals. She has authored a best selling memoir on her pain journey as well as two other books to help others overcome their pain. She has a special interest in chronic issues, be it pelvic pain, musculoskeletal pain, or chronic dizziness. Amy has also taught and spoken internationally on topics of chronic pain management and how clinicians can best help people experiencing chronic pain. Outside of her work, she can be found dreaming of her next Disney trip, crafting something with yarn or power tools, or coaching women experiencing chronic pain.
